By default the Export Stats task will export statistics symmetrically - meaning that selected statistics will be exported for all selected filters. Here we describe how to export statistics asymmetrically - meaning statistics will be exported for specific selected filters.
1. Add a Export Statistics task to your workflow
Click Add new child task and select Export Stats from the task selector. Note that your Workflow might look slightly different, if you are using Compact View.
You can also access the Export Statistics task from within other Have a look below the Logout button (see example in the image below).
2. Setup your Export Statistics task
2.1. Select your Files
Select the Files you want to export MFI for and click Next or click Features. Note that the something or rather about filter selection.
3. Select your Features
Check the box for Allow multiple sets of statistics to begin building your Feature Statistics Set.
Select the Filters you want to export your specified Feature Measures for → select the Features you want the specified Feature Measures applied to.
Click +Add Row to include more Statistic Sets in your Export.
Click Counts to add more data to your Export Statistics task, or click Configuration if you only wish to export the data shown in this step.
In this example, we will export the Geometric Mean Fluorescent Intensities for CCR5, CCR7 and CCR6 on CD4+ and CD8+ cells and the Mean Fluorescent Intensities for IgM, IgG and IgD on CD19+ cells.
Most dropdowns in OMIQ allow you to filter the list, just start typing. You can even filter by metadata.
4. Configure your Export settings
Select the File Format you want to export to, either as a CSV file or a GraphPad Prism file. Adjust any other settings and click Export or Run Export Stats.
5. Download your File
Navigate the the Results tab within the Export Statistics task and click the cloud icon to download your file.
